Voting Rights On the Line

  • Congress continues to consider the suppressive SAVE Act suite of bills, which would require voters to present documentary proof of citizenship to register or vote.
  • Leagues and partners in KentuckyNew JerseyOklahoma, and Utah took legal action to protect voters’ data and privacy.
  • A judge in North Carolina allowed a discriminatory law to stand, increasing the likelihood that ballots will be thrown out due to mail delivery issues and disproportionately harming young voters.
