About this event
In partnership with the Montclair Public Library, the LWV of the Montclair Area is participating in the Library's town-wide read of the book, "Just Action: How to Challenge Segregation Enacted Under the Color of Law" by Richard Rothstein and Leah Rothstein. This community-wide read will give you the opportunity to delve into the history of housing segregation in the U.S. and learn about the steps that can be taken on the local level to increase the availability of affordable housing.
The first eight (8) people who indicate they need a free copy of the book will receive a copy by contacting Jeanette Williams at 302.750.3639.
